Returns policy from the trade:
Records stores and distributors returning product to Revolver may only return upto 10% of what has been purchase in the preceding 90 days. Application is to be made in writing by stores and distributors wishing to apply for a return authorisation. Freight charges and insurance are at the returning store / distributors cost.
Only goods in their original shrink wrap will be accepted as a return. Returns policy from consumers (customers):
In the unlikely event that the product delivered to you has been delivered faulty, then providing the return is made within one calendar month, we will offer you either a replacement CD or an alternative selection of your choosing of the same price. If a replacement is out of stock, then we will offer you either credit or a refund.
The cost of returning goods to us is at the customers expense, however no charge will be made for delivery of replacement goods. Goods received faulty should be communicated to us immediately (within 72 hours of receipt). If goods are bought and are found to be duplicated gifts, then we will offer you an alternative selection within one month of the purchase, provided the goods are not damaged and the shrink wrapping is not broken. A copy of the receipt should accompany the return. |
